For our existing users, there's no need to worry. You’ll simply receive a notification through the Pyypl app, guiding you through the steps required to complete the process. Keep an eye out!
Please note that each country has its own set of regulations and requirements when it comes to KYC. As a result, the onboarding process may vary slightly depending on your location. We encourage you to review the specific terms and conditions related to KYC for your country during the onboarding process. Security is a top priority for us, and we understand the importance of safeguarding your personal information. Our new onboarding process uses advanced encryption and security measures to protect your data, giving you peace of mind as you complete your verification.
If you've previously uploaded your ID, you'll need to complete the verification process once more by uploading your ID and adding your address again. Your account will not function until you have successfully re-uploaded your ID and completed the updated verification process.
The verification process can take anything between 2 minutes up to 2-3 business days, depending on the type of identification document. Once your verification is successful, you can continue to use your Pyypl app.
