In most cases, gift card purchases are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded once thecode has been issued, even if you have not redeemed it.
You may only be eligible for arefund if:
- The gift card code is invalid, or
- There is a technical issue that prevents you from using it and this is confirmed by the merchant.
What you should do
- Make sure you entered the code and PIN correctly on the merchant’s website/app.
- Check that you are using the code in the correct country, store, or platform, following the instructions shown in the Pyypl app.
- If it still doesn’t work, take a screenshot of the error and contact Pyypl support.
