My gift card code is not working – what should I do?

My gift card code is not working – what should I do?

If your code is rejected or you getan error when redeeming it, follow these steps:

  1. Double‑check that you have  copied the gift card code and PIN exactly as shown in the app.
  2. Confirm you are redeeming it on  the correct website, app, or store, and in the supported country.
  3. Make sure the gift card has not  already been used.
  4. If you still face issues, take screenshots  of:
       
    • The gift card details in the  Pyypl app, and
      •  
    • The error message on the merchant’s website/app.
    5.  
  5. Contact Pyypl support  and attach these screenshots so we can investigate further.
