You can buy gift cards in the app and pay from your balance.
To buy a gift card, follow these steps:
- On the home screen, tap Gift Cards in the bottom bar.
- Search for the card you want. If you can't find it, it isn't available in the app or in your country.
- Open the card and choose the value, or for a game, the edition.
- Check that your balance covers it, then buy it.

Where to find your code
After you buy it, your gift card appears under My Gift Cards in the Gift Cards section. Redeem it there to see your code. If you paid and can't see it, contact us.
If your code doesn't work
Check that you entered the code exactly as it's shown, on the brand's own website or app. If it still doesn't work, contact us.
Can I get a refund?
A gift card can be refunded if you haven't redeemed it. Once you've redeemed it, the code has been shown, so it can't be refunded. To ask for a refund, contact us.
