What you can do
- Add money with a Visa debit card or stablecoins. If you don't see Stablecoins under Top-up, it isn't available where you live.
- Pay by card with a virtual Visa card. We do not provide card services to people who live in Belarus.
- Send money abroad. International transfers aren't available to or from some countries. The app shows only the countries you can send to.
If the app says Pyypl isn't available
If your country isn't in the list, you can't open an account. If it's in the list and the app still stops you, contact us. If Pyypl has stopped working in your country, see Pyypl has stopped working in my country. What happens to my money?
