The Pyypl card is a virtual prepaid Visa card. You can activate it in the app once your account is verified. We do not provide card services to people who live in Belarus.
To get your card, follow these steps:
- Add money to your balance. See How do I add money, and which methods work in my country?
- Tap Cards at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap Activate.
There's a fee to activate the card, taken from your balance. See What fees does Pyypl charge, and what are my limits?
To see your card number, expiry date and CVV, tap Card Details on the Cards tab.
Can I get a physical card or a Mastercard?
There's no physical card, so there's nothing to deliver and you can't take out cash at an ATM. The card is a Visa card only. You can add it to Apple Pay or Google Pay with the button under your card on the Cards tab.
What can I spend with my card?
Your card spends the US dollar balance in your account, and only what's in it. Some countries and kinds of shops may not accept the card. See Where can I use my card, and why won't a site accept it?
